Registration is now open for our free owl pellet dissection workshop! Stop by the Children’s Room at Millbrook Library to sign up your grade K-6 children for this fun learning experience. Children are invited to join teacher and author Velya Jancz-Urban as she shares her most popular hands-on science class for kids. As their natural curiosity leads them to explore the natural world, each child will come away with something different from dissecting an owl pellet, from an understanding of the food chain and circle-of-life concept, to mammal anatomy. -10am – 10:45am on May 21.
